Our goal is to provide a smooth internet shopping experience,DIAMONDSHAPE ships orders every business day, Monday through Friday. That means your purchase will be in the mail within three business day after the payment is confirmed.

Tracking & Insurance
After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours. You'll receive tracking information via SMS text and/or e-mail. All shipments are insured. Diamondshape will replace your order if your package get lost or damaged during shipment.

Tracking

An email will be automatically sent with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Keep in mind processing may take 2-3 working days. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct.

 

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Diamondshape is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you purchased Route shipping insurance, you can file a claim and get your order reimbursed.

 

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, invalid instructions) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (DIAMONDSHAPE) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
