How long does shipping take ?

How do I know when my order has shipped ?

An email will be automatically sent with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to process before shipping.

If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder and ensure that the email you provided us was in fact correct.

For international orders, do I have to pay import taxes ?

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country.

What shipping carriers do you use ?

We use all major carriers, in addition to local courier partners in the destination country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How does the lifetime guarantee work ?

We're all-in when it comes to providing for our customers - which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee for all orders. If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.

This warranty is voided on any user damage issues (eg: scratches, accidental breakage, water/chemical damage). If for any reason we no longer have the item in stock, you can exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. Lifetime guarantee does not replace lost or stolen items.

Can I return my order and get a refund if I don't like it?

Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your product you can return it within 14 days.

 We don't currently offer exchanges, however you can return your item for a full refund and re-order!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept virtually all payments, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Can I track my order?

Yes, the day your item is shipped, the Fedex tracking number will be sent to you by email. Items usually arrive within 2 days and you will be required to sign for the package.

Yes, we have multiple layers of security to ensure your personal information and payment details are never compromised.

Does Diamondshape ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world via Fedex and DHL. If you have any special preferences for your shipment, please put a message in the notes section at the end of checkout.
