What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your product or just want a different color/size, you may return it undamaged within 45 days of the date your item was delivered, simple as that. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How Does the Lifetime Guarantee Work?
We're all-in when it comes to providing for our customers - which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee for all orders. If your product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, the guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece - free of charge.
Proof of purchase such as your order number and order information will be required to submit a warranty claim. Simply contact us at support@diamondshap.com for replacement instructions.
This warranty is voided on any user damage issues (eg: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, exposure to chemicals like lotion or cologne). If for any reason we no longer have the item in stock, you can exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
*Lifetime Warranty does not replace lost or stolen items*
Can I Change My Order?
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:- Changing color/size/item
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method
You’ll need to follow our exchange process if made a mistake in your order.
*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.
Order Cancellations
After you place your order, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. You’ll need to follow our returns process. We are not liable for any mistakes in the order or accidental/fraudulent purchases.
